Our Collaborator in "Helmets for Heroes"
NATAL – the Israel Trauma and Resiliency Center, is an apolitical organisation providing multidisciplinary treatment and support to direct and indirect victims of trauma due to terror and war in Israel. NATAL's mission - To lead the field of resilience in Israel and to advance treatment for victims of trauma from terror and war through integrative,
innovative treatments, research, public awareness, shaping policy, removing stigmas and disseminating knowledge in Israel and globally.
Natal has been treating hundreds of soldiers since the war of Iron Swords started. However, 80% of these soldiers are not recognized by the Israel’s Ministry of Defence as PTSD sufferers and so do not receive any treatment for their conditions.
All funds from "helmet for heroes" will go to NATAL, giving our soldiers the best treatments, and to lay the foundations for larger-scale innovative projects regarding our soldiers' mental health challenges.
